1. Registration and activation
A signup submission is an application only. It does not create an organization, user, password, or session. RestoreCheck IQ reviews the organization and selected subscription, confirms the applicable payment state, and then issues a single-use activation link.
The activation user creates a permanent password and completes required two-factor authentication. RestoreCheck IQ does not email reusable temporary passwords.
2. Plans, payment, and taxes
Plan features, seat or usage limits, billing cycle, fees, currency, payment method, renewal, and special commitments appear in the order or subscription confirmation. Customers authorize charges or agree to pay invoices according to that document and are responsible for applicable taxes.
A preference selected during application is not a final price or acceptance. Card information is handled by the configured payment provider when card billing is enabled.
3. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Renewal and notice periods are governed by the applicable order. A cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund an already-started paid period or erase outstanding charges, except where the order or law requires otherwise.
Before closure, an authorized administrator should request an available export. Workspace closure uses a documented retention and recoverability process; legal holds, tax records, security evidence, and backup rotation may delay complete deletion.
Billing questions and cancellation requests may be submitted through the authenticated support centre or to support@restorecheckiq.ca.
