1. Commitment and target
RestoreCheck IQ is committed to making the Services usable by people with disabilities. Our product target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA across supported responsive web and mobile experiences. This is a development target, not a claim of independently audited conformance.
We work toward semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support, readable scaling, labelled controls, useful error messages, and layouts that reflow without overlap.
2. Known considerations
Customer-uploaded documents, generated files, third-party integrations, and legacy screens may not always meet the same level. Complex charts should include underlying data or an equivalent text explanation. Accessibility must be tested at full-page level and at supported responsive sizes.
We prioritize barriers that prevent sign-in, navigation, evidence capture, quality review, support, privacy choices, or account control.
3. Feedback and accommodation
If you encounter a barrier, contact support@restorecheckiq.ca with the page or feature, device, browser, assistive technology, and the task you were trying to complete. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information. We will acknowledge the report and work toward an accessible alternative.
Customers may request policy documents in an alternate format. Timing will depend on the format and complexity, and we will communicate progress.
